JBOLC Insectageddon 2021
Bill Mollison writes that Permaculture(permanent agriculture) is the conscious design and maintenance of agriculturally productive ecosystems which have the diversity, stability, and resilience of natural ecosystems. It is the harmonious integration of landscape and people providing their food, energy, shelter, and other material and non-material needs in a sustainable way. Without permanent agriculture there is no possibility of a stable social order.
Permaculture Design of Meg's Garden & Edible Forest by Sung Kim:

I took permaculture design course online with Geoff Lawton, one of the great teachers in the world in 2016; it was a most interesting learning experience. I still enjoy going through the textbook Permaculture: A Designers' Manual by Bill Mollison.

To learn about permaculture, you might visit Permaculture Research Institute.

Below are the designs I made to get certified, along with a poem inspired by the project.
Bountiful are clay, leaves, willing hands, and joys in the garden.
Let us take morning evening, days to erect a spiral
and a few ponds down there.

Hush,
See how they salute the rain!
      Allured by the garden,
or is it you butterfly monarch, who planted so many seeds here?
To fancy how many nights, crossing creeks, streets, hopping down hills,
`       the frogs took to come raise a family..
